  1. What is meant by neighbouring sequences (i.e. just 5 amino acids to the left & right or next coding sequences? or next proteins near by?)

  2. Do we retrieve all Kinase Inhibitors or just FDA approved inhibitors? i.e. do we have a criteria for ditermining which inhibitors to use
