CalBug 0% done #251

We still show 0% done. I worry transcribers will think nothing is happening when they enter records. Are they getting feedback? Herbarium says 57%. -- Kip

I'm curious about the accuracy of the % anyhow. The overall percent continues to increase, but neither herbarium or bugs are changed at all. That doesn't seem to make sense. Are the update periods different? Are the criteria for % in the different locations different?

Anything new on this one guys? I really looks like the percents are not tracking right, given that the main page rate keeps going up (11% now), transcriptions keep going up (nearly 28k), but neither the herbarium or bug collections have changed at all. Clearly I'm personally curious about this, but I also suspect accuracy here may effect user interest as well.

The criteria used was different. Both were accurate however. The SERNEC one was artifically inflated a bunch because we deactivated a bunch of duplicate records early.

Both now use the same metric as the home page uses.
