Leaderboard seems to have interest #263

Guys - clearly a feature enhancement, not bug fix, but the leaderboard concept does seem to be of interest to at least a few people. That's already in the toolkit, right? Just needs to be implemented? It'd be great if that could go in soon.

It's actually not anymore. For those projects where we have introduced them it's caused rather unpleasant community dynamics and so we try to avoid them these days.

Yeah, we had a whole bunch or people accusing each other of cheating. It was horrible!
