I'm working on a vagrant deploy for an upcoming iDigBio hackathon and ran into some issues with case sensitivity when running locally from a Linux machine. These two small changes are enough to get the initial page to load and poke around the interface a little, I have not fully tested for other issues of this nature that may exist.
