SERNEC data entry is down #312

SERNEC data entry interface has been down for at least two days now, using Internet explorer, Firefox or Chrome web browsers. @joanball I think this has to do with the system 'running out or images', but I am not 100% sure. @chrissnyder is working on adding images and said he would have them up by end of day tomorrow.

I just see a grey screen, but do not get any error message. I assume this is the same issue.

Yes, it is the same issue, one person just mentioned that they got an error message as well. Thanks for the update!

Thanks for posting it. Just an FYI. I think that issue #310 is so that the problem is more obvious to the users in the future.

@chrissnyder Any updates on the upload? I am still seeing a grey screen...

I've deployed some changes starting at 029be37cd06e96723b5261a2332dcd48a64a2779 that hide the transcription interface if all records are complete.

Working on the data, but no guarantees we'll have it up today.
