Macrofungi total number of transcribed records is incorrect #314

Used to show a total of over 10,000 transcriptions, now shows only 30!

It's correct, just using a different metric of completed records. Before it was doing an estimate by taking classification_count / 4. Now it's displaying how many records have received 4 transcriptions.

The current is more correct, but it's a delayed measurement. There could be (and is) many records with 2-3 transcriptions that do not show up yet as completed. The benefit is that the progress meter will follow correctly along with the actual completeness of the dataset.
