It's not a problem in the output. Looks like "filename" doesn't exist for those subjects.
Is this a consistent issue for FSU subjects or is it random across collections?

Rob Guralnick was going to check out the other collections
CalBug data from 2014-04-06 does not have any missing filenames.
Missing filenames results from me not keeping a consistent location for where the original filename resides.
This is fixed and filenames will be present in the next data dump.

Science team reports that the file name fell off the classification outputs on herbarium. This is the on the unique identifier for the downstream data databases so it's vital.
