Zoom does not work with IE #376

I had a user report this today. Apparently the Zoom nor the + - signs can be seen when using IE. I will test this when I can access a Windows machine, but wanted to report it now.

I was just able to test some things out with IE and actually experience a few other issues before I even got to the one about Zoom.

After thinking about this overnight, I wonder if we need to worry about this at all. IE is no longer being support by Microsoft so perhaps it not a critical issue. Thoughts? I think I should close this.
