Text line anchors too large when zoomed in? #118

This might be me marking things I shouldn't, but when annotating text that is close together, I find it helpful to zoom really far in. However, when I do so the anchors become really big and hard to place correctly.

Maybe a min/max size of the circles would be useful?

I had this issue too -- couldn't place the end of a line where I needed to because I was clicking on another endpoint.

Could solve half this by ignoring other marks if a line is "open" (start point marked, end point not marked), but that doesn't solve the issue for line starts.

This is another situation where being able to quickly toggle show/hide of existing marks would be highly useful, e.g. what we do in Radio GZ and other projects by clicking a toggle button, or what EyeWire does with holding down the Shift key.
