Update Zooniverse footer text #169

As "citizen science" is no longer our go-to front-facing term, I recommend using alternate text for the footer, especially on a humanities project.

Here's what we used on WildCam Gorongosa, adapted from our home page:

The Zooniverse is the world’s largest and most popular platform for people-powered research. This research is made possible by hundreds of thousands of volunteers around the world. Zooniverse research results in new discoveries, datasets useful to the wider research community, and many publications.

Thanks @DarrenMcRoy I was looking for a different footer text before launch and then got distracted by copyright. Can you tell me if there is a repo on Github for our banners and footers? I haven't been able to find anything, but suspect I'm looking in the wrong place.

Not to my knowledge - there's a file at http://zooniverse-demo.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/projects.json that contains a list of projects, I think Perry created it for Old Weather. It could be expanded to include text as well...
