User being presented with same subject multiple times #203

I have just transcribed the same page twice and it has just come back a third time to be transcribed again. Does anyone know if there is there a problem at the moment.

The previous pages I've done this session have been ok.

Later - this problem is still the same on other pages, just tried another one and it has reappeared to be transcribed again. Can anyone help please.

I've had several encounters with people on Talk for whom this has happened. It's not clear if they are logged in one time and logged out another, but in one case the user (now a mod) says he was always logged in. @rogerhutchings is there any connection between this and the 'out of data' message? Something odd more broadly in subject serving and selection?
