App templates won't display locally #218

Essentially the same issue as zooniverse/shakespeares_world#332

Running a fresh install of AnnoTate locally, on OSX 10.11, the app starts but doesn't load any of the page templates when you browse to localhost:3001.

I think this can be fixed by pinning node-dir to 0.1.16.
