updates to author list generation script & new Notebook #41

fixes various bugs in make_author_list.py
updates existing Notebooks to make sure zooniverse IDs are well obscured (they were before, but now it's more obvious)
adds another notebook demonstrating generation of author lists

I'm not quite clear on how I got a merge conflict with the first push to my fork when I only made minor changes to 1 file immediately after forking the repo and cloning a fresh copy of everything to my laptop... so maybe someone should check this
