Tutorial Responds to anything #24

Just watched Vicki do the tutorial without me saying anything and she got utterly lost because she accidentally clicked somewhere else during the bubble step and the tutorial moved along as if she'd done the right thing.

Can this be fixed by checking that they click in roughly the right place - or something like that?

I added a check that the centers are about right. I can check the radii too, but I'm going to put it off a bit.

Centres sounds good. Radii might make it too strict.
