Tutorial repeated three times #29

Arrived at site, did tutorial. Saw note on 'key' icon about logging in. Finished tutorial then logged in but then had to do tutorial again. Then at the end, it made me do the tutorial again. Anything that can be done to minimise this?

Completing the tutorial logged out will not have an effect on whether the "tutorial completeness" of the next user to log in.

Otherwise, this is fixed by 0c05b7d106bfb432488732f9b7653623c003714a.

Let me know if this is still an issue.
