Small design notes

Just some lil' things… I'll add more here as I see them.

• [x] up the navigation font-size to 14px with .025em litter-spacing
• [ ] Footer: Zoonilogo needs to be bumped down. Maybe 25px from the top of the footer container. Spacing should be equal above and below said logo, so the "The Zooniverse is…" line should be bumped up.
• [ ] Homepage buttons: change the padding to: 0.15em 1.6em
• [ ] Secondary Pages: more margin top n' bottom for images.
• [ ] Center the user login stuff vertically in the nav bar
• [x] "no transits" and "finished" buttons should be the same width

Spotters Guide

• [x] Ditch that gradient in favor of solid red
• [x] Title-case, not uppercase for "Single Transit," "Multiple Transits," etc.
• [ ] Keep 2-and-2 layout for larger screens. On a large window, examples will go up to 4-wide.
• [x] Add 20px space-after after each example

@heathv, regarding the title-case for the spotter's guide, should there be no uppercase whatsoever? Also, the content changed since this issue was made. Lemme know what you think.

Just on the red bars. On those the text can be uppercase with 1px letter-spacing, white, and add 5px padding top and bottom.
