Adding some of the links of the current Planet Hunters source pages to PH2 Talk #166

@chrissnyder - can you add some of the links(API calls) from the source pages of original PH to PH2 Talk for Kepler field stars eg http://www.planethunters.org/sources/SPH10002911

Specifically the Kepler archive, Keplr TPS, and UKIRT links.

[ ] Add Kepler id
[ ] Able to zoom and scrub like main interface
[ ] Flagging if it is a known planet candidate or simulation as a label underneath the plot
[ ] Have a meta table flag saying it's Kepler field data
[ ] MAST Kepler Data Search- just need to provide kepler id in kic_kepler_id field example uses KIC 8358701 http://archive.stsci.edu/kepler/data_search/search.php?action=Search&ktc_kepler_id=8358701

[ ] Make the list of light curve sections two column so it isn't so long
