Remove carcass/scale option #47

@brian-c We are having discussions over this issue again. We all agree that we can remove the "mark scale" option. However, some strongly want to keep the mark carcass option. Where are we on this issue?

Changes like this and #48 (add an "other" option) are a pretty big deal in the sense that (a) we're suddenly changing what we're asking folks to do out from under them and (b) it makes a break in how the resulting data will have to be interpreted. If we're going to change what we're asking people to mark, let's make sure we only do it once. I've started work on this in a separate branch, but I'm putting it off until something is decided definitively.

I agree that we don't want to make this change more than once. I thought I had a consensus but I guess I didn't. Sorry to make your life more difficult. I will get a definitive answer and get back.

The science team has a consensus for the carcass/scale issue: 1) Remove the scale option to mark 2) Remove distance to carcass for just ravens in one of the following ways: First choice is to have them mark a raven and then a screen comes up with something like “put in the number of ravens you see and then you can move on to another species” Second choice is to still have the users mark each raven but are no longer required to click on ‘distance to carcass’ for the ravens 3) We will add language to the field guide to help users understand how to mark carcass and that they don’t need to mark each bit they see,

Removed carcassOrScale option, added just carcass.

Ravens no longer ask for a proximity. They're still marked individually.

Added a note about carcass pieces after marking carcasses. (https://github.com/zooniverse/condors/blob/change-options/app/lib/en-us.coffee#L93) Feel free to update the field guide as well.

Will deploy with other changes this weekend.
