Hashtags not working? #52

Problem here is the search doesn't search the comments under a subject for tags. So http://talk.condorwatch.org/#/subjects/ACW000132p is missed. Searching for just "overexposed" works.

I agree it's unintuitive. I'll add the issue to the Talk repo. Closing this one.
