"In the last 3-4 weeks. there has been an issue with many photos, previously classified as far back as 5 months ago, which had comments attached to them. The next citizen scientist to receive the photo will post the photo and comment on it (using the Do you want to talk about this image button) and this will be the only comment on the photo - all the previous discussions will be gone as if this is the first time this photo has been evaluated."
I have suggested they might be new photos very similar to and perhaps taken within seconds of similar looking photos but she is certain it's not and she is very very sharp and seems to have a photographic memory, so I thought I'd pass it on just in case it indicates anything to you??? Possibly something associated with recent tweaks?? She also says "I don't have any proof since I don't see it's happened until I see all the previous comments are gone and I can't copy every photo that's been posted."
