Pipeline should produce PNG rather than JPEG #1

Galaxy Zoo supports both PNG and JPEG file formats. The pipeline currently produces JPEG, which are lossy and introduce minor artifacts on test images. This should be switched to PNG, which are lossless (but still provide some compression).

Resolved - pipeline now downloads png
