It's unclear what the 'best' image processing parameters are. Colour, contrast, etc. will reveal different morphology.
The pipeline should create alternative versions to investigate how classifications depend on these parameters.
This is a first step towards tuning subjects to better reveal possible (ML-indicated?) features.
