Upload unit test #23

  1. Use PNG instead of JPEG throughout
  2. Add unit tests for uploader and all associated components in to_zooniverse
  3. Refactor handling of previous subjects to correct metadata elegantly and allow for other NSA versions
  4. Cleanup and docstrings
