Upload calibration set #40

Add the final calibration sets for the first DECALS DR5 classifications Refactor the calibration image creation and upload process to not be hugely over-engineered Disable functional system test - requirements constantly change. Add SIMBAD search to metadata Hide metadata before Talk Option to specify n_processes throughout uploader Carefully check for nan and infinite metadata values, replace with -999 Add current_date utility to shared_utilities Add convenience wrapper functions to get standard rendered images
