Can't really do this, since there can be multiple rows (images) with the same subject id. I can add a filter on the index page though, so you can search for it.

I'm going to reopen this - I think we can just change the URL to include both subject ID and frame no - like in the filenames.

Also we need to go in this direction anyway when we address #21
