A consolidated of miscellaneous feature branches. Implements the following updates/fixes:

Replaced delete confirmation for annotations with custom dialog box (https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/issues/96)
Fixed “circle of death” (https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/issues/94)
Pages are loaded in sequential order (https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/issues/95)
Added basic tutorial (still needs content) (https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/issues/109)
Fixed “Subjects complete: NaN%” while page loading (https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/issues/93)
