Occasional timeout on transcription page #67

Around 50% of the time, if you refresh on the transcription url it just times out. I'm pretty sure the promises aren't resolving in the right order

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's even that often - it's too transient... I'll keep this issue open though and see if I can recreate it consistently.
