Can't transcribe header cell contents #78

I think this is due to #13, which never got finished. You can't currently transcribe the contents of header cells, they're just skipped over. Transcription needs to be enabled for these cells.

I'm guessing it's here: https://github.com/zooniverse/old-weather/blob/master/app/modules/transcription/scripts/init.js#L52
