Replaces built-in browser confirmation, window.confirm(), with a modal pop-up for 1) deleting -- and clearing all -- annotations, and 2) moving onto a next page without creating annotations
Implements factory method for deploying confirmation modals
Resolves #96

Sweet! Looks good to me. Also served as a nice example of an angular module to get my head around.
