Home page design changes #17

Request from National Archives and IWM. Basically move the logos up, remove the 'Transcription' and 'What can you do?' sections so the page is just the 'get started' splash page plus zooniverse footer.

"IWM and TNA logos, on home page, under the 'get started' button. Visible above the fold. With some text (between?) them explaining the collaboration"

Can we say no? Heath's design is vastly superior to that.

I think Heath's latest design satisfies this issue. Mel seems happy so I'm closing this.
