Talk pages need to link to correct TNA pages, table of cross-references being provided by TNA Tues 7th Jan.

Looks like URLs on the TNA catalogue are of the form http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/SearchUI/details?Uri=C7352746

We'll need to verify with Steve and @parrish that the subject metadata includes that Cxxxxxxxx identifier for each diary.

I can put the link in but could someone ping me a quick overview of how to customise Talk?
