Set up a live instance of Talk. Luke, Mel and Matthew as admins/moderators.

Can we change 'Science' to 'History' and 'The Objects' to 'The Diaries' in the default headings? I'm happy to let Luke and Mel do this if admins and mods can edit the discussion headings.
