Unit Strength icon #46

Hi Heath, IWM want to add a button to tag Unit Strength in the diaries. Could we have an icon like the Person icon but with say 3 people to represent a group?

File attached below (white, so its a bit hard to see) let me know if this doesn't work.

You're right about that white image not showing up on github's white background. We should get @arfon to fix that :)
