Pages being presented in random order #64

Users are reporting pages being presented for tagging in random order. E.g. moving backwards through the diary, or jumping forward many pages. The issue is affecting multiple users, so doesn't seem to be caused by a particular browser.

Zooniverse status shows a general issue with previous-generation projects - intermittent errors and poor Talk performance.

Linked to the zooniverse api issues a few days ago. Should be cleared by deleting locally stored data.

Reopened as clearing browser cache does not seem to have worked for users. Pages still being presented in random order.
