Pagination subject sets on the workflow edit page #232

Expected behavior

Instead of listing all the subject sets and potentially hitting a page_size limit and having check box toggles for all of them, we should just list the subject sets linked to the workflow with a button to remove and then a search box and a button to add. The project builder would have to input exactly the name of the subject set to add so that it could be found. Panoptes doesn't support fuzzy search for subject sets at the moment (could be added later). This is a good interim UI improvement.

Current behavior

Please include any error messages from the browser console and/or screenshots Subject sets under the header ASSOCIATED SUBJECT SETS on the workflow edit page doesn't have pagination in place.

Has this been deprecated in favour of using the Python tools to manage subject sets?
