Ithaca images not turned off? #125

Ticket #123 had asked for cutouts associated with the following to be turned off. A volunteer just commented on Talk on a cutout from one of the below that should have been deactivated.

deactivate marszoo image_ids associated with the following Ithaca image_names (= HiRISE obs_ids): PSP_002622_0945 PSP_002675_0945 PSP_003176_0945 PSP_003193_0850 PSP_003308_0945 PSP_003309_0945 PSP_003310_0855 PSP_003453_0945 PSP_003466_0945 PSP_003677_0945 PSP_003730_0945 PSP_003756_0945 PSP_003796_0950 PSP_003822_0945 PSP_003954_0945 PSP_004033_0945 PSP_004178_0945 PSP_004666_0945 PSP_004891_0945

The cutout is APF0001hqg - the api says its still active https://api.zooniverse.org/projects/planet_four/subjects/APF0001hqg

Can someone take a look and confirm that cutouts associated with the the HiRISE images above are turned off?

I think this my was my mistake in that I only deactivated the subjects, rather than explicitly pausing them. Because the system tries to keep a certain number of subjects active, it immediately reactivated the deactivated subjects.

I've paused all subjects associated with those IDs (~8,000 of them). This will keep them out of the pool until we resume them.
