Can the switch to "Moveable" be more true to the marking? #94

I often have issues with the mouse-hover switching to "Move-able" state of the marking. IOW, when I approach a small marking with the mouse, it takes several 'square-pixels' to finally get to the switching point when I can move the marking. Can this be made more truthful to the drawing of the marking? See my screencast here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/139035/MarsZoo_mouse_test.mov

Did this maybe create a regression element for Safari@OSX? When trying to do precise positioning of small elements I now twice had a weird crash of sub elements of the UI. What crashed was the feature of changing the size of a marking. I still could place new markings, but neither a new fan nor blotch marking was changeable in size. Fortunately I still could submit the frame.

I like that the 'grepping' part seems to be more precise now though.

Update: 3 crashes. will switch to FF now. Chrome is still blocked for me for the weird drawing bug.

Seems to work alright here on Safari 7.0.3. What version you on?

I classified yesterday in Chrome with no problem (if that helps)

Is this still an issue?
