Issue has come up again. Particularly relevant for PP, as the top few people have a huge percentage of the classifications. Very good idea to keep them fed with subjects.
Possible solutions:
Increase subject pool
Deactivate some subjects, activate others

@parrish Thoughts? I say we take a block of 10,000, deactivate them, and activate another 10,000 subjects. Not keen on increasing the pool larger than it is now.
