This is a bit broad, but it would be good to take this opportunity to do some mild design updates to the site. Specific thoughts soon.

[x] About page restructuring: Add Education and Team as sub-pages
[x] Add Field Guide to nav bar and link to classification interface
[x] Visual differentiation between subject groups species for field guide (@heathv question)
[x] Show header and footer on other pages
[x] Add subject group info to classifier (@heathv question)
[x] Update mark on classifier based on design

@heathv , do you have any opinions for the homepage design for the subject selector and the new stats area(for #41 )? There are some comments in #35 about the subject selector radio buttons, too. Thanks!

[x] Change the slide tutorial background/overlay to something like rgba(8,21,37,0.7)
