Tutorial triggering after "returning to classifying" #50

Multiple people are reporting that the tutorial pops up every single time they Return to Classifying from discussion on Talk. Issue appears to take place in multiple browsers.

I'm using Chrome. After commenting on a picture, I click on "Return to classifying" and each time I have to go through the tutorial. Should that be happening? I know it's just five or so clicks to blast through it, but still.. Thanks tech guys and gals for awesome work!

it definitely shouldn't but it happens to me too however I use Firefox

And also from Jean-Oliver in his email:

The "return to classifying" link restarts the tutorial every time.

He also reports this often signing him out, and there being other problems with getting signed out. Going to open a separate issue for that...

After more tests, it seems to be disconnected from the sign out problem actually. See issue #52

Steps to reproduce:

  1. sign in on http://www.planktonportal.org
  2. start searching
  3. click "Fisnished"
  4. click "Discuss"
  5. land on the Talk page for the image, where I am appropriately signed in and can type a comment
  6. click return to classifying
  7. land on a new image on www.planktonportal.org, still signed in, but the tutorial starts.

I think this is fixed now. Reopen if any more reports happen after today.

For me as well. Many thanks!

But when I switch the location from Cal to Med of from Med to Cal (Firefox, Ubuntu), the Tutorial pops up again while new image is loading.
