Tutorial doesn't work properly while using Firefox 37.0.2 on Win7 #68

One user has reported that while using an old laptop with Firefox 37.0.2 on Win7, the entire tutorial was not visible, and she could not click on the "Next" box to proceed in the tutorial. If she switched to the Internet Explorer browser, she could see the whole tutorial.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Has anyone else reported this?

Not yet.

I think, this is similar to #69 : In her old firefox, Kristen is zoomed very much (maybe she has the default text size set to a very large value) and that causes these issues.

This is actually true in any browser:

  1. connect to http://www.planktonportal.org/#/classify
  2. launch the tutorial
  3. zoom to 150%: the next button becomes unreachable
  4. zoom to 175%: half the tutorial text is not visible.

Because the tutorial probably has position:fixed in css, scrolling does not help.

I guess making position: absolute would be a fix. But this seems to be set in a slide-tutorial node module which I don't have access to.
