Present known, interesting images from time to time, to keep user active #85

Many images contain only marine snow or noise. Some users may be disappointed after seeing 10 or 15 images with nothing on it in a row and may leave the site. To help with this, already identified images, on which organisms of interest are known to be present, could be presented to the user from time to time.

Ideally, these known images would be presented less and less frequently, e.g. after 5, 15, 30, 50, 100 images. This function could be remove for logged in users, who already made the effort to create an account on the site so are probably motivated enough.

The difficulty would be to not present the same image twice to the same user.

PS: this was suggested by a new user.
