login not working properly #420

Bug with how the login is working -- when click on 'Discuss' required Philip and Kevin to log in again, even though they were already logged in to Whaling.

This isn't an issue with Scribe, but Panoptes. All our custom domain projects exhibit this behavior, e.g. AnnoTate and WildCam Gorongosa.
