Contains Emigrant-specific copy changes and assets. The following config features were implemented globally to support certain changes:
Add support for .mp4 files in assets (added to Rails asset pipeline and project load script)
Allow group browser to be present on non-homepage pages. Now any page that includes the line <!--require groups: [heading]--> will insert a groups browser to the page, where [heading] will be the heading text for the browser.
Emigrant-only changes:
Add new logo
Add "Intro" page
Remove group browser from homepage, link to intro page
Move task buttons from homepage to intro page
Consolidate team & about page
Update help/tutorial texts to include accordion widget
