Adding subjects_editable workflow config to enable EDIT button in Verify (only Verify for now), to allow user to enter own transcription but with an existing transcription as basis
Checkmark graphic and other improved styling in Verify tool
Enable "Return to Verify" in Transcribe

Also, bug fix: Tutorial_complete assessment incorrectly checks existence of tutorial_complete property instead of value.
