Scribe projects don't show up in Zooniverse email subscriptions #590

Scribe projects should show up in the project list on this page: https://www.zooniverse.org/settings/email so that people can subscribe to receive emails. At the moment there's no way for scribe users to subscribe to scribe-specific newsletters.
