allow the lock file to control these versions - also allow dependabot to upgrade them updates:

redis
newrelic_rpm
honeybadger

Gems used in development

spring
pry Tested the app still works via docker-compose build && docker-compose up (PR incoming to fix these)

closing for now - one of these gem updates has broken the rspec double verification (I think a AR model instance is being validated as a double) and i don't have time to fix this now :(
