clean branch update panoptes client version bump #155

In relation. to subject images not viewable https://www.zooniverse.org/lab/10633/subject-sets/97532.

Subjects are getting uploaded to project with proper metadata, the issue is that subject images are not getting displayed.

The reason is that the current version of panoptes client used v1.1.1 has subject image uploads when we were using aws, we have since moved to azure and that change is reflected in panoptes-client versions 1.3+

@yuenmichelle1 so, I am going off of the last deployed commit, not master, because master wouldn't build for me and that commit would. I will make these changes independently on the branch I am using, but I wanted to give you a heads up outside Slack.
