I started to put together a guide specific to the panoptes-subject-uploader with the intended audience to be any researchers that may use it here: https://zooniverse.github.io/panoptes-subject-uploader/

Right now it goes over how to setup node and basic usage of the tool, but I am open to suggestions on more information to put there and/or to move this documentation over to developer.zooniverse.org

Let me see if it's possible to import that text straight from there first (on every build). It's nice having it close to the repo, but I'd also like to have it somewhat centralized.

panoptes-subject-uploader docs are consolidated into its readme per our discussion in the rfc repo.
