"Failed to load characters" error after authenticating.

Hi. I can play PoE, but cannot use Procurement. I checked wiki for issue, no 
success at all. I am using 1.8.5 version one on Windows 7 x64. 

I tried re installing, no success.

I don't know why, but the http request 
"http://www.pathofexile.com/character-window/get-characters" doesn't respond, 
the annoying thing here, if i put that link into my browser's address bar, i 
can get response. What do problem can be?

Most likely something is blocking Procurement's connection. I've seen firewall 
software like Comodo for example outright blocking Procurement until an 
exception is made for it.

Check that your router/firewall/anti virus isn't blocking Procurement's 
connection.

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
